Some time ago, TNO and WUR set up a large scientific research consortium on personalised nutrition and health. The small study that started it all has now been published!
The team found that, in this specific target group of elderly people, personalised advice, compared to generic advice, seemed to evoke health benefits. This has been shown in many papers now, across many target groups and different ways of personalisation. Personalisation just works! The question is how to incorporate it in a viable business model, right?
